1. Rotary vibration screen is a kind of Universal screening machine, it not only can be used for sieving dry powder and granules, it also can be used for filtering. It is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, minerals etc.
2. Small size, low noise, high efficiency, fast change the screen(3-5 minutes), fully closed structure.
3. The diameters have 400mm/600mm/800mm/1000mm/1200mm/1500mm/1800mm/2000mm.
4. Screen decks:1-5decks for 400-1200mm，1-3decks for 1500-2000mm.
5. Mesh cleaning method: Bouncing balls/ ultrasonic system / Rotary brush.(Refer the below pictures)
No mesh cleaning system
No mesh cleaning system is widely used for liquid filtering or removing the impurity from material.It should be the material easy pass through the mesh.
Bouncing balls
Boucing balls mesh cleaning system is widely used for the fine material has good fluidity,which is easy pass through the mesh.
Ultrasonic system
Ultrasonic mesh cleaning system is mainly used to solve the screening problems of materials with strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high precision, high density, and light specific gravity
Rotary brush
The rotary brush cleaning system is mainly used for materials that are prone to static electricity and agglomeration,and it is easily be broken up.
Working Principle:
Rotary vibration screen is made of an upright motor as a source of vibration, the motor is installed at the upper and lower ends of the eccentric heavy hammer, the motor rotation motion into horizontal, vertical, oblique three-dimensional motion, and then the motion to the screen surface. Adjust the phase Angle of the upper and lower ends to change the motion track of the material on the screen surface.
